Today i had the werirdest encounter at work. This plus-sized lady asked me to help her remove a black dress she'd managed to get on, but couldn't take it off herself. I went into her fitting room, and discovered that she'd already torn half of it in the process. She was really nice and apologetic about it (me having to help her &the torn dress- said she'd pay for it). Also, she told me that she used to be slim until she got tyrroid (spelling?) and grew fat. And that explains her hoarse voice i guess. Thats just so unusual, and she is SO NICE! Gawd. Completely unlike this b*tch of a customer i got ytd.
She told me to hold onto two pieces of her clothings while she went to try some on, since they're only allowed to try on three at one go. So i was like, okay i put it aside for you. It was darn hectic in the fitting room ytd, and there were heaps of clothes everywhere (not exaggerating!). Then another temp staff joined me in there &eventually we cleared off the clothes. THEN, the woman decides to come looking for her two miserable pieces.
B*tch: where are my two pieces?
Me: um, what pieces? what colour were they?
B*tch: black &brown. i told you to hold on!
Me: (couldnt find it) Oh, i think they were cleared away already
B*tch: Ok, i want you to pull out those two pieces for me.
Me: Oh, may i know their brands?
B*tch: You didnt even apologise! (Goes on abt my attitude)
Me: Im sorry?
B*tch: I want to see your supervisor.
Me: Okay, (turns to my partner) is stacy or serene around?
Stacy spoke to the b*tch. B*tch said sth like this," Its abt her being reluctant to apologise, if she doesnt mean it, dont say it. Its abt her attitude, its not enough that she collects and hangs clothes back, you know."
well, all i have to say to that is, #1) I did NOT want to apologise for sth that wasnt my fault in the first place. She came here with too many pieces of clothings to try on. And i honestly did not give her clothes away. #2)What does she expect me to do? Smile while dealing with those clothes?! For heaven's sake!!! They're just clothes, cant you just get them again? Its not as if robinsons' 3rd floor is THAT big! Gawd.
And FYI, there are ppl who ask me to keep their clothes and never come back! So we ususally clear those clothes after some time.
Despicable customer (as Gam would say). Fcuking BITCH! (I say this)
