SERIOUSLY. 13 hours ytd? + 10hrs on xmas day? SUCKSSSS.
bloody! they're way short handed, its ridiculous. im one person, running one fitting room, PLUS sorting out AND giving out all the stupid clothings stock back to the various brands. oh, just kill me already.

hopefully it gets better. =/
